Accommodation Rates

Please note:

Rates shown below are as at January 2009 and may be subject to change without notice.

All rates include a full English breakfast.

A. It is advisable that you take insurance out in the event of a last minute cancellation. A booking with African Dreamz constitutes a contract covered by these terms and conditions and last minute cancellation will result in the guest becoming liable for the full amount of the accommodation period unless African Dreamz can re-let the accommodation at such short notice.

B. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Any bookings without a deposit are not confirmed bookings and the accommodation will be re-let if the payment is not received by the agreed payment date. The remaining 50% is due on arrival.

C. Deposits are not refundable in the event of cancellation or non arrival.

D. Check in is from 13h00 - 20h00. Check out time is 10h00 except by prior arrangement with the owner. Please note: There will be a surcharge of R200 for any guest arriving after 21h00.

E. No persons, other than those quoted at the time of booking, are permitted to share the accommodation. In the event of additional guests arriving, they will be charged the regular rates.

F. Payment may be made using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), EFT, Direct deposits and Cheques drawn under a South African bank accompanied by a cheque guarantee card.

G. Once deposits have been recieved, it is then deemed that you agree with these terms and conditions.

In Season Rates:

single accommodation - on request
double accomodation - R500 per person per night
family unit - R2000 per night.

Out of Season Rates:

single accommodation - R495 per person per night
double accommodation - R375 per person per night
family unit - R1500.00 per night

Children's Rates:

0 - 2 years old stay free
3 - 6 years old, 25% of the adult rate
7 - 12 years old pay 50% of the adult rate.
